How do I contact Guhya Technologies?
Use the contact form on this page for service and technical questions. Pick the way you would like us to reach you (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook), write your message and submit it. You will get a contact ID straight away, and we will get back to you soon.
I have a problem with my account. Should I use the contact form?
No. For account problems please email us at prabh@guhya.space instead. Include your username, but never your password or backup passphrase; we will never ask for them.
How do I report a bug or a security issue?
Use the contact form and describe the issue. For bugs include your app version, device model, Android version and steps to reproduce. For security reports describe the issue clearly and, if possible, how to reproduce it.
What is the contact ID I receive after submitting?
It is a 6-digit reference number for your message. Keep it handy and quote it if you follow up with us.
Why does the form say the contact quota is full?
To keep every message readable and answered, the contact form accepts a limited number of messages per day. If the daily quota is reached, please try again tomorrow or send an email.
